早、午或晚餐整杯鮮椰青奇亞籽營養飲品,充實又幸福。奇亞籽不含致敏麩質,它的蛋白質佔 14%,植物中算是非常多且易吸收;鈣含量,每一百克有六百三十一毫克,大約是牛奶含鈣一百一十毫克的六倍。

 

椰青奇亞籽露

材料(2-3人份量):

泰國椰青 1 個

奇亞籽 1-2 湯匙

做法:

  1. 泰國椰青,打開蓋頂。先倒出全部椰青水存放好,然後用長鐵湯匙取出椰 肉並切細塊備用。
  2. 將椰青水放回騰空的椰青殼內, 再放 1-2 湯匙奇亞籽( 視乎想稀或稠 些 )。讓無味的籽浸在甜椰青水中十分鐘或以上,待它吸水膨脹。
  3. 椰青奇亞籽露可配細塊鮮甜椰青肉同食。

變奏: 椰青水配芒果肉及奇亞籽

 

Ingredients: (serve 2-3)

1 Thai young coconut

1-2tbsp Chia seeds

Steps:

  1. Open up a Thai young coconut. Empty and keep the coconut water, set aside. Use a long steel spoon to take out all the coconut meat and cut it into small thin pieces.
  2. Put all the young coconut water back to the empty coconut and place 1~2 table spoon chia seeds (depends on the thickness you like) into it. Let the tasteless seeds soak in the sweet coconut water for 10 minutes or more, let it absorb the coconut water and enlarge as a result.
  3. Served the chia seeds drink with the young coconut meat.
