夏天熱浪滾滾,吃雪條的季節到啦!今期,純素媽媽Grace教各位製作家居版雪條,做法簡單,還有美麗的漸變顏色,十分夢幻!這次她選用了新鮮紅肉火龍果、芒果和蜜瓜,將水果的甜蜜冰封起來,入口清新。這款純天然雪條,比起外面買的健康得多。其中的紅肉火龍果是一種低能量水果,富含水溶性膳食纖維,具有降低膽固醇、預防便秘、潤腸等功效,很適合一家大小消暑解饞!

 

紅火龍雪條

材料(6條大冰條):
紅肉火龍果   1個(去皮,切成小塊)
芒果   1-2個(去皮,去核,切成小塊)
蜜瓜   1/4個(去皮,去籽,切成小塊)

 

做法:

  1. 用手提式攪拌器或食物處理器,分別將紅肉火龍果肉、芒果肉和蜜瓜肉打至非常幼滑;
  2. 先將紅肉火龍果漿平均地倒入冰條模具內,再加入芒果漿;
  3. 然後再加入蜜瓜漿至填滿冰條模具的頂部;
  4. 插入冰條棍,放入冰箱內冷藏五小時或至完全凝固即可。

 

Red Dragon Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients (makes around 6 large popsicles):
1 red-flesh dragon fruit (peeled and cut into small pieces)
1- 2 mango(es) (peeled, cored and cut into small pieces)
1/4 honeydew (peeled, seeded and cut into small pieces)

 

Steps:

  1. Use a handheld blender or food processor to blend the red-flesh dragon fruit, mangoes and honeydew one after another separately until very smooth. 
  2. Evenly spoon the red-flesh dragon fruit juice onto the bottom of the popsicle moulds. Then add in the mango juice.
  3. Lastly, spoon the honeydew juice on top to fill up the moulds. 
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks. Pop them into the freezer and freeze for 5 hours or until set. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
