夏秋換季之際,天氣開始偶爾帶點乾躁和涼意,在這時間是最好不過了。這湯只用了四樣食材做成,腰果的油脂讓紅菜頭和棗類的味道變得甜而不膩,湯水滑進喉嚨的瞬間,舒暢無比的感覺,實在十分療癒。
腰果蜜棗紅菜頭湯
材料:
細紅菜頭1個
腰果 1/2杯
蜜棗 2-3粒
紅棗 3-5粒
水 6碗
調味:
鹽 少許
做法︰
- 腰果加水浸泡 1-2小時,紅菜頭去皮切條備用。
- 水滾落紅菜頭、腰果、蜜棗中火煮10分鐘,加入紅棗煮多5-10分鐘,下鹽調味即可享用。
Cashew Beetroot Soup with Candied Jujubes
Ingredients:
1 small beetroot
1/2 cup cashews
2-3 candied jujubes
3-5 jujubes
6 bowls of water
Seasoning:
A pinch of salt
Steps :
- Soak the cashews in water for 1-2 hours. Peel the beetroot and cut into strips.
- Bring the water to the boil, add in the beetroot strips, cashews and candied jujubes and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add in the jujubes and cook for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
