夏秋換季之際,天氣開始偶爾帶點乾躁和涼意,在這時間是最好不過了。這湯只用了四樣食材做成,腰果的油脂讓紅菜頭和棗類的味道變得甜而不膩,湯水滑進喉嚨的瞬間,舒暢無比的感覺,實在十分療癒。

 

腰果蜜棗紅菜頭湯

材料:
細紅菜頭1個
腰果 1/2杯
蜜棗 2-3粒
紅棗 3-5粒 
水 6碗
調味:
鹽 少許

做法︰

  1. 腰果加水浸泡 1-2小時,紅菜頭去皮切條備用。
  2. 水滾落紅菜頭、腰果、蜜棗中火煮10分鐘,加入紅棗煮多5-10分鐘,下鹽調味即可享用。

 

Cashew Beetroot Soup with Candied Jujubes

Ingredients: 
1 small beetroot
1/2 cup cashews
2-3 candied jujubes
3-5 jujubes
6 bowls of water
Seasoning: 
A pinch of salt

Steps :

  1. Soak the cashews in water for 1-2 hours. Peel the beetroot and cut into strips.
  2. Bring the water to the boil, add in the beetroot strips, cashews and candied jujubes and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add in the jujubes and cook for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
