水果壽司

材料:(10件)
芒果 1個
奇異果 1個
士多啤梨 8粒
糯米150克
椰漿80ml
班蘭葉1片
砂糖30克
海鹽1/4茶匙
壽司蓆 1張
 

Fruit Sushi

Ingredients:  (10 pieces)
1 mango
1 kiwi
8 strawberries
150g glutinous rice
80ml coconut cream
1 pandan leaf
30g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 sushi rolling mat

作法:

  1. 將糯米洗淨,然後浸六小時以上備用;
  2. 將糯米水倒去,然後隔水蒸三十分鐘;
  3. 將椰漿煮熱,放入鹽、糖、班蘭葉拌勻;
  4. 將煮好的椰漿倒入糯米飯內拌勻,然後等待糯米飯完全吸收;
  5. 將芒果切半,連同奇異果、士多啤梨切條狀備用;
  6. 打開壽司蓆,放上一張保鮮紙,然後將糯米飯平放在保鮮紙上(佔一半壽司蓆範圍);
  7. 將切好的水果放在糯米中央,然後將壽司捲成條狀(要捲得夠實,以免散開);
  8. 連保鮮紙將壽司切件(約2cm闊),然後把保鮮紙去掉,便大功告成。
     

Steps:

  1. Wash the glutinous rice. Soak in water for at least 6 hours.
  2. Drain the water from the glutinous rice. Steam for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the coconut cream. Add the salt, sugar and pandan leaf. Give it a good stir.
  4. Pour the coconut cream over the glutinous rice and mix well. Wait until the coconut cream completely absorbed by the glutinous rice.
  5. Halve the mango. Slice the mango, kiwi and strawberries into strips. Set aside.
  6. Roll out the sushi rolling mat. Lay a piece of cling film on top. Spread the glutinous rice evenly on the cling film (only on half of the sushi rolling mat).
  7. Place the sliced fruits on the glutinous rice. Roll the sushi carefully into a roll.(Make sure you roll it tightly, otherwise, it will fall apart.)
  8. Do not remove the cling film yet. Cut the sushi into pieces (roughly 2cm thick). Now you can discard the cling film. Enjoy!
